Shipping & Delivery

We understand the urgency in receiving your order and we will send you email details as your order moves through the system so that you can follow along. If you do not receive an email to your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, Daisy is not responsible for orders that have not been received due to incorrect delivery details and cannot be changed after checkout is complete.

New Zealand Orders
We use New Zealand Post for all of our orders travelling throughout New Zealand. Orders are dispatched from our New Zealand warehouse and we aim to deliver your order within 1-2 business days to all metro areas. Rural deliveries may take an additional 1-2 days.

Free shipping for all orders over $60 NZD is applied automatically at the checkout. Flat rate shipping of $8.50 applies to both rural and non-rural addresses.

International Orders
Daisy is currently only shipping to Australia via New Zealand Post International.

Free shipping for all orders over $90 NZD is applied automatically at the checkout.

Flat rate shipping of $22 applies to all Australian addresses.

New Zealand and Australian orders will not attract import or customs duties. International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Daisy. No refunds will be issued for orders where taxes/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to placing your order.
